Our customers vary in size from those multi-national companies whose businesses cover all the major continents to those producing a few hundred tons per annum.

We count most of the world's major premix manufacturers amongst  our customer base, a fitting endorsement to the accuracy and reliability of Format software. The large majority of our clients are commercial and integrated animal feed producers, consultants, field advisors, Universities, and we also serve pet food companies, commodity traders and ingredient suppliers (fat, molasses or protein blends, for example), fertilizer producers, and flour millers. A recent development has been the application of Format products to serve the food industry, and our software is used in the formulation of fruit juices, margarine and dairy products, sausage and meat products and breakfast cereals and snacks.

Almost 85% of Format's business is internationally diversified and first class communication and regular contact with our clients is essential. Regular visits from Format personnel augment the local customer support from our Agents. We provide technical advice and service, training workshops, program updates and customer partnership discussions.
