The Tracer™ module provides the most comprehensive formulation archiving system available. As new product recipes are produced, they are copied into the Tracer™ program and a unique version number is applied.

When recipes are archived in this way, Tracer™ automatically copies the ingredients and product specifications relevant to those recipes, ensuring a complete "snapshot" of the formulation database is retained for future reference.

Tracer™ integrates with either Single-Mix® or Integra-Mix® as the core formulation system. It also integrates fully with Smart Label™ so that product labels can be generated from recipes stored in Tracer™, and thus exploit additional facilties provided by Tracer™; for example the declared nutrient values. Moreover, labels generated in Smart Label™ may be archived in Tracer™, alongside the source recipe, ensuring a complete audit trail.

Tracer™ may also be combined with Bio-Security™ for a seamless quality check on recipes being archived. If errors are found, the archiving process is halted to allow the user to examine and validate the reasons. The results of the Bio-Security check are also archived for total, demonstrable quality assurance.
