If you are not used to dealing with vendors and customers around the world, this program is for you. By setting your local time and location, a continually updated display of local time in four other locations is provided.  Using the Windows 95/98/2000 NT regional settings, the program calculates the offset from GMT for your location and each of the specified places you want local time provided.  Really good tool for world travels.
